Combo: Colosseum, Vatican Museums & St. Peter's Basilica Tickets

We arrived late and could no longer use our tickets. Kindly, Headout refunded 25% of the price as a voucher. So far, I've had only fantastic experiences with Headout, but the organizer didn't even try to help us. They told us we could wait in the entrance line again to buy a ticket; we tried that too, but after waiting a long time in line, they told us buying tickets wasn't possible.

I bought a more expensive ticket for 7:45am than the 8:00 ticket in order to arrive earlier and have less people. We were then told to meet at 8am, along with people who bought the 8am ticket. We did not actually leave until 8:12 due to people turning up late, despite very clear documentation that we would not wait for late arrivals. So I bought a 7:45am ticket with presale information stating we would meet 15 minutes earlier, so 7:30. We actually left 45 minutes later that I had been told we would leave. I did not get what I paid for and what you advertised and will be requesting a refund.

We walked there with no problem. We entered the Roman Colosseum very quickly. For Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum, we did have to wait in line, and it took us between 15 and 20 minutes to get in, but it was well worth it...!! It's breathtaking to see such iconic places, they truly transport you back in time... Trying to imagine what took place there leaves you with a feeling of helplessness and sorrow, but in the end we know that's just how life was back then...!! 🤷🏻‍♀️ There's no denying that they were majestic structures. A visit to these places is an absolute must...!! 👍 Carmen.

We paid €200 on Headout for Colosseum admission for 2 adults and 2 girls, and we received standard tickets, which cost €18 per adult on the official website (minors enter for free). The only "extra" is an audio guide app that we didn't even use, which in no way justifies the price difference. The official website always shows sold out, while platforms like this have tickets available to resell at an inflated markup. I recommend buying your tickets on the official Parco Archeologico del Colosseo website several weeks in advance.

You should update the guide. Some areas didn't match the current layout at all. There was also an exhibition on Troy that isn't mentioned anywhere in it. In the end, I preferred to use the audio guide provided by the Colosseum itself. On top of that, it wasn't clear where to enter or what to do. I had to reach out and ask you. It just says you go straight in as a reserved-entry ticket and that's it. And you don't say anything about the Roman Forum or Palatine Hill. There's zero information. I think it definitely has a lot of room for improvement.

Pas de billets possibles à la date demandée pourtant validés par l'application .J'ai été Prévenu 1 jour avant la date de la visite que la visite ne serait pas possible! Enfaite j'ai acheté des billets sans qu'ils soient assurés, et disponibles. J'attends un remboursement car aucune solution de reporter cette visite car mon programme d'autres réservations est prévu et après je repars! Sauf que ces billets sont censés être non remboursables mais là c'est leur garantie qui n'a pas été assurée ! J'ose espérer qu'ils vont faire le remboursement sinon évidemment ce serait honteux !
