Anna was absolutely phenomenal!!! She was very knowledgeable, entertaining, easy to understand, and kind. She was a wealth of information and gave us such a broad history about the basilica. I would highly recommend this tour. Ask for Anna!

We hebben een prachtige en interessante rondleiding van Karen gehad. Ze wist veel te vertellen, was attent en hield haar groep omdanks de drukte goed in de gaten. Wat betreft de tour kunnen we alleen maar zeggen dat we de kerk van boven tot onder gezien hebben en dat was heel oke. Ik zou deze anderen ook aanraden.

Der Guide hat es toll gemacht und trotz Erkältung tapfer durchgezogen. Für nicht gläubige ist die Kirche schon sehr schön und bestimmt so ein Ort den man mal gesehen haben muss, aber es gab Orte die haben mich mehr zum Staunen gebracht.

Our guide was amazing, she had so much knowledge and insight. She brought the tour to life, and held everyone’s attention for the duration.

The lady was knowledgeable, but she left us and went off with 4 people when we were trying to purchase tickets to go to the top of the dome.

Cornelius is knowledgeable, considerate, patient, funny and engaging, all the things necessary to make the day experience special. The company doing the booking were professional, the process of meeting at the well located office and their friendliness made the whole experience special. Thank you for a special day.

NUNCA aclaran que las 2.3horas del tour es una vez que entras a la basílica, lo que nos llevó en nuestro caso una hora. Por esta diferencia de horarios, tuvimos que irnos sin poder subir al domo, y lo mismo pasó con muchas personas del grupo. El guía fue muy bueno, sabía muchísimo y era agradable en el trato
