Step inside a historic balsamic vinegar factory housed within a medieval Prison Tower and learn how Aceto Balsamico di Modena is made. The tour traces the evolution of balsamic production and its aging in barrels of fine woods, finishing with a guided vertical tasting of five distinct aging stages.

The medieval Prison Tower hosts the most antique barrels of our production. It is the only balsamic aging tower open to public tours! The three floors of the tower enclose centuries of history and traditions. The real production site, not a museum!
