Immerse yourself in Bolognese life with a guided market tour, followed by an authentic home cooking class. Prepare traditional Bolognese pasta and a dessert, then savor your creations with an appetizer and local wine.

What's included

The experience includes a visit to Bologna's two main markets (Mercato di Mezzo and Mercato delle Erbe), along with a discussion of life in Bologna and where locals go to buy ingredients for their meals and products for their homes.
A pleasant walk, sheltered by Bologna's porticoes (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), will take us to my home, where the cooking class will take place. Making pasta Bolognese, a traditional dish, will be the most important part of the cooking class, which will end with the preparation of a dessert.
Once the cooking is complete, we will enjoy the dishes we prepared, accompanied by an appetizer I made beforehand, in my living room or on my terrace, depending on the season.
One bottle of local wine (white or red) per two people is included.
Any wine consumed in excess of the quantity provided is not included.
Any transportation other than walking from the meeting point to my home is not included.
