Rome: Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Evening Guided Tour

Our tour started with a location change, when we got there they didn’t have our names on the list. We started the tour with the guide stating he didn’t speak very good English. We had to wait in the cue line for 40 minutes and then the guide went up to the booth and bought the tickets, then he had to use the bathroom. Finally we started the tour. After about 10 minutes we decided to leave the group as we couldn’t understand anything he was saying. The tour cost our group of 4, $550. The tickets into the Vatican were 11 euro for our 2 kids and 22 euro for our 2 adults. Total waste of money. Once we left the group we had a great time exploring. The museum has audio headsets available, we would have been better off with those.
