Transfer was really well organised. Safe driver. All timings ran like clockwork. A little bit expensive given entrance to the national park was a lot less than the cost of tickets.

The driver was very patient—he had to wait for us on the way back. We arrived at the bus 10 minutes late; we apologized, of course, and he remained very pleasant.

We were the first ones up and then took a leisurely stroll along the crest and then pretty much had to run down to meet the bus on time. The bus was poorly air conditioned and some of the curtains were missing making it super hot for passengers next to the window on the sunny side of the bus.

Verry good communication with the team, and it's was a great experience to go see the Vésuve. From France, we recommend this experience!

Lovely trip after our visit to Pompeii. The shuttle service was easy to find. The staff were friendly. We had two hours and forthy minutes there, rather than the stated hour and a half (which was too long for us in the 30+ degree heat). Recommend bringing plenty to drink or cash for drinks whilst there as not all card machines worked.

It was a very well-organized event; they stuck to the schedule and followed all the protocols. The transportation service was fast and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Die Natur war sehr schön. Jedoch wurden die zusätzlich gebuchten und bezahlten Leistungen nicht erfüllt. Es wurde aber bei jeder Gelegenheit versucht noch weitere Reisen und Führungen anzubieten. Beispielsweise die Fahrt zurück nach Neapel oder eine Reise nach Capri am nächsten Tag.
