Castel Sant'Elmo Tickets: Panoramic Views & History in Naples

The tickets came four hours after I made the booking although the website said it would only take two hours. So I had to pay for entry when we visited the site. I should have made the booking the day before to avoid this.

The speed of the service and zero complications in the queues. There is even a lot of flexibility on the part of the venue.

We had a lot of fun: scrambled up the 'mother of all staircases', then enjoyed the great view and strolled around Vomero.

Easy access with the online ticket, you just show the ticket and they scan it at the front booth. You completely skip the lines, and we didn't wait at all.

E-tickets are very convenient; you can get through security in just a few seconds. The castle is very interesting, and the views from it are just like something out of a postcard. It’s best to visit in the evening—there aren’t many people, and the sunset is beautiful.

Really easy to book with Headout, simple ticket process and a great day out with the kids. The castle is quite basic in terms of information and there's not a lot on show but the kids loved that it had a real castle feel and the views are wonderful.

It has very good view. The ticket was reasonably priced. I enjoyed the viewed on there over see Naples the sea and the ports.
