Easy to book and get on the bus. Great!

The shuttle service is perfect. However, buying tickets through the app requires paying a service fee, and that's not right.

Bought tickets for Alibus online before journeying to Naples. the only comment I have is that the bus location at Garibaldi terminal was difficult to find. Other than that the experience was fine.

The service was great but there were to many people on the bus . After a long day travelling being squeezed up like sardines is not comfortable.

These shuttles are really convenient. In no time at all, you're in downtown Naples or at the airport.
