From Rome: Positano, Amalfi and Pompeii Day Trip

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars We had an absolutely fantastic time exploring the Amalfi Coast with Zahir! From start to finish, he was incredibly organised, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the boat cruise he arranged, which was exceptional. We even got to visit Capri, something that wasn’t originally included in the itinerary, making the day even more special. Zahir’s enthusiasm, sense of humour, and entertaining personality kept everyone engaged throughout the trip. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience and created memories that will last a lifetime. Our guide was absolutely awesome. Informed, multilingual and very kind. Amalfi was a beautiful place, though a little crowded. Pompeii made the entire trip for us, we got there in the afternoon and had very small crowds. Our guide for Pompeii was also impressive. The only thing I would not recommend is eating at the restaurant they will bring you to. Wander around and find something local.

The entire day trip was an absolute dream come true! Believe all the positive reviews because Zahir is the MAN!!!! The highlight for me was having a private boat setup with our group and watching Zahir help turn our vision into reality. His professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail made the experience unforgettable. Absolutely incredible! I’m already looking forward to returning and booking another trip with them.

The car was extremely tight for the amount of people. I was totally smooshed between a person to the left and to the right that were much bigger than me. If I was a big person, it would’ve been impossible to do the trip. I never was able to be comfortable in the car. The trip itself was wonderful. Our driver was great and the Almafi Coast was fabulous as was Pompeii being one of my favorite places I visited. I absolutely had an issue with the vehicle that was used. It was not correct for the amount of people.

A very long day but oh so worth it. Our driver Sali was excellent (and even took photos for us!) and our guide at Pompeii, Francesco, was knowledgeable and engaging. It was a truly fantastic experience. However, be aware you do need photo id to access Pompeii which we weren’t made aware of (and they won’t budge on) but by some miracle I found a scanned copy of my passport on my phone!

This tour was absolutely phenomenal and worth every single penny. Our guide went above and beyond to make sure the experience happened, even though fewer than the usual minimum number of people signed up. He adjusted the schedule so we didn’t miss out and even took beautiful photos of us with his DSLR camera that we’ll be able to download later. The private guide at Pompeii was extraordinary. Without him, the site would have been overwhelming, but he pointed out so many fascinating details and really brought the history to life. In Amalfi, our guide gave us a wonderful overview of the town, including photography, restaurant recommendations, a cenote boat trip option, and shop suggestions that perfectly fit what I was looking for. We had plenty of time in each location, and it never felt rushed. Truly one of the best tours I’ve ever taken! I cannot recommend this experience enough to anyone considering it.
